Clemmons, Lewisville, and Advance sit at the intersection of Davie and Forsyth Counties — a part of the Triad with some of the highest household incomes in the region and, not coincidentally, some of our busiest weekend birthday-rental routes. This guide is written specifically for parents in those three communities planning a backyard birthday for ages 3–12.
For ages 3–5, a standard 13×13 bounce house is the right size and lowest cost. For ages 5–10, a combo unit with a small slide is dramatically more popular — you can browse our bounce houses with slides for the lineup. For mixed ages 5–adult or any party where teenagers will be on the unit, step up to a 20+ foot combo or a dual-lane slide.
Most lots in Clemmons, Lewisville, and Advance comfortably fit a standard bounce house plus a 3-foot perimeter. Larger combo units need a 25×25 footprint. Check for low tree branches and overhead power lines — both are the most common reasons we have to swap a unit on delivery day.
You will need one 110V outlet within 100 feet (an extension cord is fine for distance, but it must be at least 12 gauge). Airbender anchors every grass installation with manufacturer-spec stakes and uses sandbags on hard surfaces. Setup typically takes 20–30 minutes.
Designate one adult per inflatable as the "bounce monitor." That person controls entry, watches for rough play, and knows when to pause the unit if a child is struggling. We provide a written briefing at delivery.
Spring birthday season (March–May) and fall (September–October) book first. For a Saturday rental in Clemmons or Advance, plan to book 3–4 weeks out. Weekday parties have more flexibility.
