One of the most consistent requests we receive from our high-end family clients, our corporate event planners, and our largest church partners is the same: can you also bring the tent? The honest answer up to now has been no — tents are a different category, with different anchoring, different permitting, and different liability profiles. That is changing. Airbender Inflatables is preparing to launch a full large-format event tent rental program across the NC Triad and Charlotte metro, and this post is your first look.
Our launch lineup will focus on the sizes our existing customers ask for most: 20×30 frame tents for backyard weddings of 60–80 guests, 30×60 pole tents for corporate family days and church festivals of 150–240 guests, and 40×100 high-peak tents for the largest galas and outdoor weddings of 300–480 guests. Sidewalls, lighting packages, and dance-floor sub-rentals will be available as add-ons.
The reason we are launching tents at all is integration. A single Airbender invoice will soon cover the tent, the inflatable kids’ zone, and the tables and chairs underneath. One delivery team. One certificate of insurance. One point of contact. For corporate planners and wedding clients in particular, this is the consolidation our highest-volume customers have asked for.
