Requirements
Outlets: Ensure there is at least one separate 110 Volt GFCI outlet within 100 feet of the unit. If necessary, Generators are available for rent under "Concessions." Generally, residential properties can handle our inflatables without Generators, but they are essential for parks and events with multiple inflatables.
Attendants: This item requires one attendant to supervise while in use. You can provide your own attendant or hire one from us for a reasonable fee. Contact us if you need assistance.
Setup:
- Wet or Dry: Please specify if the inflatable will be used with water. Ensure you have a water hose available at delivery as we do not provide them.
- Indoor or Outdoor: Specify the setup location and surface type (grass, asphalt, concrete, dirt, or gravel). Our inflatables require either sandbags or stakes for safety. Stakes anchor approximately 18” into the ground.
- Hazards: If there are any sprinkler systems, power lines, water lines, or other hazardous items near the setup area, please inform our team before anchoring is done to the inflatable.
Setup Location:
- Preparation: Prior to our arrival, ensure the setup area is clear of sharp objects, pet waste, rocks, or any other hazards.
- Access: Allow space for our truck and trailer or box truck to park close to the setup area for unloading. If there are any steps we need to navigate, please notify us in advance.

- Licensed and Insured: We are fully licensed and insured, providing liability coverage and SIOTO certified staff.
- Professional Setup: Our team ensures a safe and professional setup and takedown of equipment.
- Sanitization: Equipment is regularly sanitized before delivery and after pick-up for cleanliness.
- Safety Measures: We provide safety mats/tarp and GFCI 50ft-100ft extension cords for added safety measures.
